I am very concerned with all Christians today that are not aware of how they will speak. Yes, there is no time and day that we never use our tongues to speak. There is no time and day that we utter words.
I am telling this because our tongue has a power that can bring life and death to someone that we speak to.
Proverbs 18:21
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof."
I know, I know. We've tackled much about the "Think before you speak |(2)" that about TONGUE. But this time, I want to be specific on telling you what a Christian must be aware of how he uses his tongue nowadays.
I heard a lot of Christians speaking curse words that we probably knew as CUSS OR SWEARING WORDS. I don't know if you are aware of what you are speaking or do you hear yourself talking to someone and you speak cuss/swearing words.
To be more specific here are the EXAMPLES OF CUSS WORDS:
1. FUCK - a short term for FORNICATION UNDER THE CONSENT OF THE KING
2. FUCK YOU
3. SHIT
4. PISS OFF
5. ASSHOLE
6. SON OF THE BITCH
7. BASTARD
8. DAMN
9. BITCH
10. GET LOST. And such words are cuss/swearing words.
These are the samples of what we hear from the TV, Movies, and even we read from books that are in the bookstore today.
Even before, cuss words are not good in my ear! it is like a gong that echoing in my ear and it is not feeling good at all.
Now, the question is, "are you a Christian?", If yes, the next question is, "are you speaking cuss/swearing words?" If yes again, you are in a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION RIGHT NOW.
WHY?
James 3:6
"And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.
Our tongue is a small part of our body but it can send us into hell, because of the wrong use of it. Saying cuss words are one of the wrong use of our tongue.
Maybe your excuse would be: "I'm angry that's why I say those words", "I'm just excited!", "I used to speak those words", etc.
And these excuses are not an excuse for God. He never tolerates the wrong words, and he never said that he understands us in every wrong word we say.
Every word that comes to our mouth the angel wrote those that in judgment day it will be presented to us as proof that we speak those words. The angels are not missing any words we speak.
Brethren
I am afraid of all saying that they are Christians but they still speaking cuss words. There are many things God will look on to all Christians today. On how we act, think, and speak God is aware of all of that.
There are no words God could not hear. Remember, God never sleeps or even takes His nap for us has an excuse to make.
Don't let your tongue sent you to hell, but as long as we have time to discipline our tongue do it!
This is the right time to take away cuss words and replace them with blessing words.
Bring life as you speak to others, even you are angry, surprised, and happy, it is better to hear from true Christians a word that brings blessing.

I pray that your heart be full of blessings that will come out to your mouth, which will be a channel of blessing to everyone that hears you.
Also, I pray that your tongue be used by God to tell the Gospel of Christ to everyone.
I plead the blood of Jesus to cover you, in Jesus' name, Amen.
