What does the Lord feel for the wickedness? - Psalm 7:11-17 (Part 2)

I will sing praises to your name, Oh Lord!

CHAPTER SEVEN (7) - PART TWO (2)

THE LORD IS ANGRY WITH THE WICKED

I divide Chapter Seven into two (2).

The first: Was about King David's asked for help because of the persecution he was facing at that time.

The first part was focused on the upright man in the sight of God that experiencing persecution at that time. We've learned that if we are upright in the sight of God whatever happens in us God will be always on our side, we will experience His protection, he will be our banner, savior, and refuge.

That's why King David was very confident that he is not doing anything that God will not be with Him. He believes that he was doing what the Lord pleases. He believes that he was doing what is upright in the sight of God. - if you're not reading it yet better to check it out here: Psalm Seven Verses One thru Ten.

Let's start with the second part of this blog. We will look and focus on verses 11 thru 17 which the second part of this chapter begins.

[11] God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

King David tells what the Lord feels every day because of men doing wickedness.

GOD. IS. ANGRY.

You might say that God is love, I'm not telling you that He is not. God is love and it will not change. We feel the love of God in these last days (be thankful for it) because he wants everyone to change and to be upright in His sight.

But the truth is, God is the living God, He has the emotions and one of these is ANGER.

Verse Eleven, saying that God is angry with those who are doing wickedness.

The question is are we aware of what we are doing right now? Do we know what the Lord wants and not?

TRUTH: WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO KNOW WHAT THE LORD WANTS.

All resources were already produced by God for us just to know what God pleases and not, for all mankind. The Bible is a book that contains not only 10 commandments of God, but the whole book was written for us to be not blind in what is wickedness and upright to God.

We cannot pinpoint all the blame to our pastor and workers of the Church, to our Christian parents, and friends for our lack of knowledge about God, it is our responsibility to know what God wants.

God is also angry because the time we are spending right now is wasted. He wants ALL MEN TO RETURNED ON THE FIRST RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM. Like the relationship with the first men created.

Because of sin, our relationship with God was broken. He said in [12] If he turn not, he will whet his sword; he hath bent his bow, and made it ready. [13] He hath also prepared for him the instruments of death; he ordaineth his arrows against the persecutors.

Now, these verses telling us what the Lord might do to two groups of people:

1.  To them who are not turning back on Him

2.  To them who are persecutors

Even they are classified into two groups they have fallen into ONE JUDGEMENT. What it is? To be killed. Who will kill them? God.

Yes, you read it right, God killed and these days God will kill. GOD IS READY TO KILL.

But people will do what he believes is right but wickedness before God. The Bible will never go wrong about in these last days bring Revelation 22:11 "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still."

[14] Behold, he travaileth with iniquity, and hath conceived mischief, and brought forth falsehood. [15] He made a pit, and digged it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made. [16] His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violent dealing shall come down upon his own pate.

He is doing wickedness will fall into his destruction. He brings himself into death and hell. There is nothing good that will happen to them who are not looking for righteousness in God.

Brethren,

Let's avoid self-justification by saying "The Lord understands me". God understands us but not in a way that He will tolerate us in doing wrong.

THE LORD WILL NEVER COMPROMISE WITH EVILDOERS.

Stop doing wickedness because you only bring yourself into your destruction and death. Every day God has given us the chance to return to Him and to change. Don't say that you will live long and tarry to do what the Lord wants you to do.

REMEMBER YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TOMORROW BRINGS YOU.

In all the truth King David knew the conclusion of all this matter is  [17] I will praise the Lord according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the Lord most high.

Choose to praise the Lord no matter what around us is choosing to be unjust, wicked in the sight of God.

Like King David let us always have the conclusion to praise the Lord, for it is the best thing we can ever do while we are in persecution, while others are choosing to be wicked in the sight of God.

RECITE THIS: "I will praise the LORD according to his righteousness: and will sing praise to the name of the LORD most high."

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Letter to my Brethren,

I pray that your heart always be filled with reasons why you should worship the Lord, may you always remember the best thing you can ever do for God, it is to praise and worship Him. I plead the blood of Jesus' to cover you to all harm, in Jesus' name, Amen.
