Hebrews 10:31 - LORD, HOLD MY HEART

Lord, hold my heart.

LORD, HOLD MY HEART

Words that must be said in prayer by all men. Especially to them who accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

I do say those words to God because I know the importance that our hearts are set and place in the hands of God.

THE HEART

The heart is the most important part of the human body. We cannot live without our hearts.

If the heart is the most important for us to live, in God this is also the most important part that he wants to have.

We don’t give what the Lord wants on this last day. I am sure of this because we are occupied by the things that we see are the most important to live with, because of those things our hearts that before it was placed in the hands of God, was already fell in things that we seem so important in us.

We never realized that our hearts are not in the hands of God anymore.

Satan was very eager to get our hearts. He strongly encourages Christians today to focus on the things that are not for God. Sad to say but HE WINS! It is simply because he never wants us to be in God’s presence even he never wants every Christians to go to heaven and experience the best in there.

Satan knows what are the things in heaven because before we experience them, he is the first who experienced those things. For he knows what will happen to him at the end. In the future to come that he and his cohorts will go into hell to suffer.

SATAN WANTS YOU TO BE WITH HIM.

TO SUFFER WITH HIM.

That’s why he is doing his very best to win the heart of all Christians. Again, sad to say but HE WINS!

Have you prayed to God, the words: ”HOLD MY HEART”?

I am. I did. I always did. The Bible said in Hebrews 10:31 ”It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

The word FEARFUL THING here in this verse means formidable and terrible.

To be clear: Fall into the hands of God is not falling in the center of the hands of God (like other preachers said), but it is like you are in the hands of God but because your heart was not in Him, you fell NOT in the hands of God BUT THE HANDS OF DESTRUCTION AND DEATH.

Clearly stating that there is no one will be terrible and formidable that will fall in the center of the hands of God because if anyone will fall into the hands of God will be protected by God Himself.

Wherefore, falling out in the hands of God is formidable and terrible because he’ll never experience being established again. All that he did from the start until he falls out will never be recognized by God. How formidable and terrible it is? That you and your work will not be recognized by God.

It is like the parable of the five (5) foolish virgins that were never recognized by God. Matthew 25:1-13.

He is also like the man who builds his house in the sand. Matthew 7:24-57.

They will also like Demas 2 Timothy 4:10, who just choose to love the world rather than loving the Lord who saves Him.

As You can see in the sample verses above, all of them start with a good condition and standing before God, but they fall out in the hands of God.

It is not because of the situation they have, but it is because of the decision they make.

TRUTH: FALLING OUT IN THE HANDS OF GOD IS VERY DANGEROUS, BUT LET US CONSIDER THAT NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS THAT BRINGS US TO STOP OR TURNING BACK ON WHAT WE HAD PROMISED BEFORE GOD IS NOT AN EXCUSE.

In the end, we will be like the man who will go into the war without any plans. Luke 14:31.

Because we already fall out in the hands of God. We just want to do the things we want to do without considering God in our lives.

Brethren,

This is the day that we should pray to God ”LORD, HOLD MY HEART. ” if we want to stay in the Lord and to be always in His presence, always have to courage to ask God, to hold your heart.

For there is no way to stay in God’s presence and to be with Him in heaven if our hearts will never hold by God.

The Lord be the center of your heart today. Don’t let Satan win your heart by allowing him to get your attention and focus on his deceiving works. Whereby there is no salvation in the hands of Satan, even in his works.

REMEMBER: ”It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”
