The word "Good Luck!"

STOP saying "Good Luck!", but rather, START saying "God Bless!".

Have you said the word "Good Luck!"

How often you said this word? Are you frequently saying this? 

Did we, as Christians are allowed to say these words?

People often say these words to others by believing that they are delivering a blessing to others. BUT, You as a Christian, do you believe in this?! Oh! That's why you're saying this with confidence.

I want to tell you that these words that you frequently said to others have a big impact on you and to them that you are talking to, NOT FOR THE BETTERMENT BUT FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF THE BOTH OF  YOU.

THE WORD "LUCK"

Luck is a chance brought by one's own actions. An expression frequently saying by Christians and non-Christians. It is also a word that cannot be seen in the Bible. Never been act and expression by any Believers in the Bible.

This expression is not allowed to be said by believers of God. 

We are not aware of this, right? Because many Christians today are just doing and saying what the crowd is doing and saying.

2 Corinthians 6:14  "Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? " - This verse is not saying that we are not allowed to talk to them (unbelievers). Unequally yoke here is to be like them.

What does "TO BE LIKE THEM MEANS"? We must not speak what they were saying and we are not allowed to do whatever they were doing. 

And one of those that a Christian must not be said and deed is saying "GOOD LUCK"! 

WHY WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY "GOOD LUCK"?

Galatian 5:25  

"If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."

As a Christian, we are ONLY allowed to walk in Spirit.

Walking in SPIRIT is different in walking in LUCK. 

What's the difference between the two?

Firstly, walking in SPIRIT is walking with God while walking in LUCK is walking on your own actions.

Secondly, walking in SPIRIT is walking not by sight and feelings, while walking in LUCK is walking on what you see and feels. 2 Corinthians 5:7  (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) 

Thirdly, walking in SPIRIT is walking in the will of God, while walking in LUCK is walking on your own will.

THEREFORE, WALKING IN LUCK WILL LEAD US ONLY IN UNBELIEF AND UNBELIEVING IN THE WORK OF GOD, LEANING ON OUR OWN SELVES.

IF "GOOD LUCK" WILL LEAD US TO THOSE THINGS, START SAYING "GOD BLESS".

Brethren

As Christian, we should not walk in LUCK but we must walk in Spirit as the Lord teach us to do!

I must say this if you are one who is gambling in a lottery, roulette, bingo, gambling in gaming machines, betting on races (horse, cars, etc.), playing poker, blackjack,  and any gambling games that money and chances are involved keep your hands out of it! 

James 4:8 

"Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded."

If you are a Christian and still, you go to "perya" (which here in the Philippines are very popular for entertainment purposes that most of those are for chances). For other countries are "Carnivals". Stop going there! Why? It is one of the places where God is not going to. He will not be with you even you pray and plead  Him to come with you. 

PRESENCE OF GOD IS NOT THERE, AND THE ANGELS OF GOD THAT IS WITH YOU WILL ONLY DEPART WITH YOU.

BRETHREN, WALK-IN SPIRIT AND NOT IN LUCK. STOP SAYING "GOOD LUCK" BUT RATHER SAY "GOD BLESS YOU"

I pray that you always have the courage to walk in Spirit as the Lord expects us to walk in. I plead the Blood of Jesus to cover you in Jesus' name, Amen.
