In the first part of this blog "what is in your mind?", we have learned that Satan could not even know what is in our mind unless we are the one who speaks about ourselves. One of the reasons why Satan and the devil know what's in our minds is through social media.

Again, I am not against social media, but as we Christians must be aware of using this platform that we should not be deceived by the enemy which is Satan and the Devil. Think wisely to use does stuff for now on.

Again, what is in your mind? The Bible, tells us what we should be in our minds. Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

In this verse, the Lord thought us what we should think. We should think of the true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and good report ONLY!. Why God wants us to think only those things?

REASONS

1. Our mind is a battleground or a battlefield.

2. What is in our minds can determine who we are.

3. What is in our minds is telling what we want, and what is our "most" priority.

4. Our minds can be a playground of Satan and the Devil.

OUR MIND IS A BATTLEGROUND OR A BATTLEFIELD.

How many times did I say in my previews blog that our mind is a spiritual battlefield or battleground where the battle between us and the works of the Devil begins.

NOTE: SPIRITUAL WAR BEGINS IN OUR MINDS.

If our minds were the Spiritual battle/war begins we should guard, protect our minds. In what way we can guard, protect our minds?

1. BY CLOSING OUR SPIRITUAL DOOR.

Maybe this is your first time to hear that we have a "spiritual door" in our minds. Yes! our mind has a door, that can be open and closed to the thoughts that you've want to entertain with or not. Our mind can create thoughts that come directly on you, on what you have dreamed of, hope for, love with. Or your mind can have thoughts that it is not coming from you. It is the thought that comes to the devil.

What are the thoughts that come to the Devil? Thought that suddenly comes on you, thoughts that are opposite what Philippians 4:8 saying:

TRUE - Lies

HONEST - Dishonest

JUST - Unjust/Unfair

PURE - Impure/Adulterated

LOVELY - Ugly/Hideous

GOOD REPORT - Bad Report

If there are thoughts that suddenly come in your mind and it filed with the thought that is opposite of what Philippians 4:8 said, you must have to rebuke it in the name of Jesus and plead the blood of Jesus to cover you. Why? because it has something the Devil wants to happen in our spirit and soul that will lead us to look and find for those things to happen in our lives

And Eventually, will lead us to be separated on what the Lord wants for us.

We should not take it lightly because our salvation is depending on what we accept in our thought nowadays.

TRUTH: The opening and closing of your spiritual door are not depending on God, but it is your responsibility.

God is always with us, and He will always help us in our spiritual battle, but in terms of action by closing our spiritual door it is always on our decision to make. God will help you to close the spiritual door for the enemy if you have decided to close it.

Will you close it or continue to open it for any thoughts that come? Decide now!

2. TAKING THE SHIELD OF FAITH

Ephesians 6:16 "Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. "

The fiery darts here are the thoughts that the Devil sent and threw in our minds if our minds are ALWAYS OPEN in every thought that comes, the Devil is can easily deceive and defeat us.

REMEMBER IF OUR SPIRITUAL DOOR ARE ALWAYS OPEN, IT IS NOT EASY TO DETECT WHAT IS TRUE OR NOT, ESPECIALLY, WHEN THOUGHTS ARE THE THINGS THAT YOU 'VE DREAMED, HOPE, AND LOVED FOR.

That's why we need to take the shield of faith. A shield of faith is like a shield that can protect our whole body, from head to foot. It is not usually a shield that we can see in a movie. So, the armor of God is unique! Created for an intense battle.

Created for us not to be hit by the fiery darts of the devil just don't decrease the defense.

3. BY TAKING THE HELMET OF SALVATION

Ephesians 6:17 "And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:"

Again, our salvation can remain in us by protecting and guarding our minds.

Our helmet spiritually speaking must be in our heads always. We should not take it off.

Remember that devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 ”Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”

Satan and the Devil are not wasting their time to take their rest, sleep, or even take their nap. They have BIG EYES looking to all Christians and waiting for the time that their defense which is taking off all their spiritual armor and takes their rest.

That is the time they will attack us by putting thoughts in our minds and defeat us. If we are not aware of it, our minds will be filled with thoughts that are not from the Lord, opposite from what is written on Philippians 4:8.

Brethren

Be aware of what is in your mind nowadays.

Remember our mind is the battleground or battlefield that the first spiritual war begins. Don’t let your garments which are the whole armor of God be put off, but always request to God to put on His whole armor on you.

Every day, every morning, in your prayer, include always wearing the spiritual armor of God and let it be with you. So, you’ll never be defeated by the enemy which is waited to devour you.

Remember what Apostle Paul said in Romans 16:20 ”And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.”

SATAN AND HIS COHORTS CAN NEVER DO ANYTHING FROM YOU, JUST PROTECT AND GUARD YOUR MIND.
