We need Salvation

JESUS SAVES

John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

How many times did we read and heard this verse? Maybe most of you have known and memorized this verse already. BUT, the question is what is the exact reaction did you say and do to this verse?

I believe that every word that was written in the Bible is God's will and has its reasons.

Therefore, this verse is God's will and He has the reasons why He let this verse be written.

But, What would be the reasons?

1. God' wants all men to know that He is the only one who can save men.

There are no other Salvation men needed, but salvation through Jesus. This is the only way we can enter heaven.

John 14:6  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Act 4:12  Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Do you think that you can save your life into eternal death and destruction on your own? Even how strong you are, and even you are having a big part in the ministry, I tell you, you can't save your own soul. God and only God can save you.

He proves this 2000 years ago, and He continues proving this to all men. Would you like to experience how the Lord saves men?

2. God wants all men to believe not only to Jesus but also, to Him who sent Jesus here on earth which is The God the Father.

If you read JOHN 3:16 again, this verse is not only focusing on what the Lord Jesus did but also, on what the God the Father did to all mankind.

If we will talk about SACRIFICE, God the Father is the first who made the sacrifice when He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus.

We never know what the Lord feels when He gave His Son to us as sinners. But today, we can feel what the Lord feels at that moment when He gave His Son, Jesus. From the beginning when the Lord plans the salvation of all mankind, He is the first who feel hurt and pain because what men will do to Jesus is not unknown\secret to Him, He knows Jesus will be mocked, denied, refused, insulted, and hurt by all mankind.

However, knowing all of these He ignored for knowing the replacement of all of His and Jesus' sacrifice, is the SALVATION OF ALL HUMAN SOUL.

This is the gladness of God knowing that through the Lord Jesus Christ there will be salvation and chance to all mankind to go and enter heaven.

Would you also be glad for God's and Jesus' sacrifice? YOU MUST BECAUSE IT IS FOR YOUR OWN SALVATION.

3. God wants to show that if we need salvation, we need to do something.

Action is needed in obtaining Salvation. We cannot have the salvation God offers if we just sit while ignoring what we need to do for our souls. Ignoring the will of the Lord, like reading the word of God, prayer, fasting, and going to the church.

Salvation is not just DOING GOOD. Ephesians 2:8-9 [8]  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9]  Not of works, lest any man should boast.

If you are believing that by the work of your own you'll be safe, change your mind NOW! because it is not by your own doing, but it is all about God's gift and will.

Believeth in John 3:16 is means continuance - continue believing the Lord and faith, whatever your situation is. God requires a belief and faith that doubt is absent at all.

4. LASTLY, HE WANTS TO KNOW BY ALL MEN THAT HE LOVED US UNCONDITIONALLY.

No one ever loves you the way God loves you!

This is true that God and Jesus' sacrifice is showing how mankind is important to them. Remember the heartbeat of God is all men. You are one of that heartbeat.

Their sacrifice is not for Their own benefits but for us even how bad and how big our sins are, still He loves us unconditionally.

But how much God loves us, men can't still love the Lord the way He wanted to be loved. Mark 12:30  And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Will you love the Lord unconditionally the way He loves you?
